WELCOME TO MY COMMISSIONS ♡Thank you for considering commissioning me!Before placing an order, please take a moment to review what I offer, pricing, and the commission process below. My goal is to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience while creating artwork you'll love.
-✦ What to Expect...? ✦📍 50% payment is required upfront to secure your slot.📍 You'll receive a rough sketch and then a final sketch for approval before I continue to the final artwork.📍 Minor revisions are available during the sketch phase.📍 Standard turnaround time is approximately 5–10 business days. However, turnaround times may be extended due to workload, personal obligations, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.📍 All commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand.📍 Please have clear references and communication throughout the process.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Acceptance📌 I reserve the right to accept, decline, pause, or cancel any commission at my discretion.📌 Commissions may be declined or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Harassment
• Disrespectful behavior
• Boundary violations
• Failure to follow these Terms of Service
• Extended lack of communication📌 All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.═══════════════════════════════════
Payments📌 50% payment is required upfront to secure your commission slot.📌 The remaining 50% is due after the sketch has been approved.📌 Work will not begin until the initial payment has been received.📌 Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission.═══════════════════════════════════
Turnaround Time📌 Standard turnaround time is approximately 5–10 business days depending on:
• Commission complexity
• Current workload
• Pending commissions
• Personal or professional obligations📌 Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.📌 Any significant delays will be communicated whenever possible.═══════════════════════════════════
Rush Orders📌 Rush orders are available only upon request and approval.📌 Approved rush commissions require an additional 50% fee.📌 Rush availability depends on my current workload and is not guaranteed.═══════════════════════════════════
Revisions📌 Revisions are permitted during the sketch phase within reason.📌 Excessive revisions or major changes beyond the original agreement may be refused or require an additional fee.📌 Once the sketch has been approved, no major changes will be made.═════════════

To ensure that your commission matches your vision as closely as possible, I provide progress updates and approval checkpoints throughout the creation process.Clients are encouraged to provide clear descriptions, references, examples, and visual inspiration at the beginning of the commission process. The more information provided up front, the easier it is for me to accurately bring your idea to life.
Because I cannot interpret unstated preferences or ideas that exist only in a client’s mind, specific and actionable feedback is greatly appreciated. Feedback such as “the proportions feel off,” “I preferred version XYZ,” or “I’d like the eye to be bigger” is much easier to address than general statements that something feels wrong or different.

Clients will be asked to approve the following stages before work continues:
* Sketch/Composition
* Lineart
* Colors
* Rendering/Final DetailsApproval of a stage confirms that the client is satisfied with that portion of the artwork and authorizes me to continue to the next phase.

━━━ Minor Revisions ━━━
Minor revisions are small changes that do not require significant redraws or edits of the artwork. Examples include:
* Color adjustments
* Small accessory changes
* Minor facial feature adjustments
* Hair color changes
* Small pattern or detail editsUp to 5 minor revisions are included free of charge during the commission process.

Major revisions are changes that require substantial redraws or edits of the completed work. Examples include:
* Large design changes
* Pose changes
* Perspective changes
* Significant proportion adjustments
* Reworking major vehicle or object details
* Returning to a previous stage after approval has already been givenUp to 3 major revisions are permitted prior to rendering and final detailing.

⚠️ CHANGES AFTER RENDERING BEGINS ⚠️

Once rendering or final detailing has started, the artwork is considered to be in its final production phase.Major revisions requested AFTER rendering has begun will incur an additional fee of $10 USD per major revision, as these requests often require repainting or rebuilding significant portions of the artwork.Minor touch-ups and corrections for mistakes on my end will, of course, be addressed free of charge.

CommunicationI provide progress updates throughout the commission process specifically so that adjustments can be made BEFORE later stages are completed.If there are concerns regarding the direction of the artwork, clients are encouraged to communicate those concerns as early and specifically as possible so that changes can be made efficiently and accurately.═════════════Commission work is a collaborative process and requires communication from both parties. Clients are expected to review progress updates and provide clear, honest, and timely feedback throughout the commission process.Repeated failure to communicate concerns, provide feedback, respond to approval requests, or participate in the revision process in good faith may result in the commission being terminated at my discretion.In such cases, I reserve the right to issue a refund in accordance with my refund policy, cancel the commission immediately, decline future commissions from the client, and permanently decline any future work from the client.By commissioning me, clients acknowledge and agree to participate in the communication and approval process throughout the duration of the project.

Copyright & Ownership📌 I retain full ownership and copyright of all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.📌 I reserve the right to:
• Display completed commissions in my portfolio
• Share commissioned work on social media
• Use commissioned artwork for promotional and self-promotional purposes📌 If you wish for your commission to remain private, this must be discussed before payment and may require an additional fee.📌 I reserve the right to work in my own artistic style and make creative decisions that align with my artistic judgment.═══════════════════════════════════
Client Usage RightsClients may:📌 Share or post the completed artwork for personal use.📌 Repost the artwork with proper credit to me as the artist.📌 Use the artwork in personal projects that do not generate revenue.

Clients may not:📌 Claim the artwork as their own.📌 Resell, redistribute, or commercially profit from the artwork.📌 Remove signatures, watermarks, or identifying marks.📌 Alter or edit the artwork without my permission.📌 Use the artwork for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, AI training, datasets, machine learning purposes, or commercial products without explicit written permission.═══════════════════════════════════
Communication & References📌 Clients are responsible for providing clear references and information before work begins.📌 Delays caused by missing references, incomplete information, or extended client unresponsiveness may affect turnaround times.📌 Extended lack of communication may result in cancellation of the commission without refund.═══════════════════════════════════

50% Refunds📌 A 50% refund will only be issued if:📌 Will be issued only if I am unable to complete the commission due to circumstances on my end, including illness, emergencies, or other situations preventing completion.📌 The remaining 50% will be retained as compensation for work already completed.═══════════════════════════════════No RefundsRefunds will not be issued if:📌 You change your mind after work has begun.📌 You fail to provide required references or information in a timely manner.📌 You dislike the final artwork despite it matching the agreed-upon description and style.📌 The commission is terminated due to your violation of these Terms of Service.═══════════════════════════════════
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes📌 Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with me may result in:• Immediate termination of the commission
• Permanent blacklisting from future commissions.
• Submission of relevant evidence, including messages, sketches, and work-in-progress files, to the payment processor.═══════════════════════════════════Agreement📌 By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
