Artist RightsBy accepting a commission, I retain the following rights:.
📍 I reserve the right to decline or terminate a commission at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: harassment, disrespect, boundary violations, or breach of my Terms of Service.📍I retain full ownership and copyright of all commissioned work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.📍I reserve the right to use commissioned work for portfolio, promotional, and self-promotion purposes, including posting on social media or personal websites, unless a prior agreement for confidentiality has been made.📍I reserve the right to work in my own style and make artistic decisions that align with my creative judgment.📍 I reserve the right to refuse excessive revisions beyond what was originally agreed upon.📍 I reserve the right to pause or cancel work if the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period of time.
