📍 I reserve the right to decline or terminate a commission at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: harassment, disrespect, boundary violations, or breach of my Terms of Service.📍I retain full ownership and copyright of all commissioned work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.📍I reserve the right to use commissioned work for portfolio, promotional, and self-promotion purposes, including posting on social media or personal websites, unless a prior agreement for confidentiality has been made.📍I reserve the right to work in my own style and make artistic decisions that align with my creative judgment.I reserve the right to refuse excessive revisions beyond what was originally agreed upon.I reserve the right to pause or cancel work if the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period of time.

.Client RightsBy commissioning me, the client retains the following rights:The client is entitled to receive the commissioned work as described and agreed upon at the time of purchase.The client may use the completed commission for personal, non-commercial use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased or agreed upon in writing.The client may share or post the finished work with proper credit to me as the artist.The client has the right to request reasonable revisions, as outlined in my commission guidelines.The client has the right to clear communication regarding timelines, progress updates, and any significant changes.Usage & RestrictionsThe client may not claim the artwork as their own, resell it, mint it as an NFT, or use it for AI training or commercial purposes without explicit written permission.The artwork may not be altered, edited, or removed of signatures/watermarks without my consent.Any violation of these terms may result in revoked usage rights without refund.

All you have to do to commission is PM/DM me with a basic prompt or vague plot idea, the characters you want, and the genre you're aiming for. That, and the length you want. It's as simple as that!1,500 Words = $5.00
